- Maintains the web pages for the Graduate School's Website, Thesis Consultant's Website, Graduate Admissions Website and Graduate Council's Website .
- Processes exceptions to Graduate Council policies,
- Maintains the New Graduate Student Orientation web page,
- Assists in administration of the SPEAK test, and
- Hosts the Graduate Hooding Ceremony.
